Alright so, where to start about this year's AX. Well it ROCKED, but i'll do a general overview.

Thursday morning, Waru and I headed out to DIA and got through baggage check and security rather quickly and easily, that was nice. =) Waru spent the flight mouthing lyrics to Diru, and I was watching my anime episodes on my PSP. Once we got to LAX we were dissapointed to find out that our friend's boyfriend had bailed out on picking us up, so we waited for another friend, Theo, who was on his way.

Bummer, but Theo was awesome! We ended up going to Hollywood after the airport and eating lunch at Skooby's on the Starwalk. That was AMAZING food, by the way. And I don't even like hot dogs that much. After that, we all went back to his house, where we thought we'd be spending the night and dropped our stuff off. Then we went to a place called LIttle Tokyo. WHICH WAS AWESOME.

It's funny, because you almost HAVE to know a bit of Japanese to get anywhere/buy anything there. It was sweet, but I ended up not getting anything simply because it was so expensive. After a bit of wandering around and browsing, we decided to head home, only to find out that stupid people towed Theo's car! ;_______;

Regardless, we got it back after a long long delay, and about 200 down the drain, and I ended up getting a hotel much closer to the LBCC (long beach con center) simply because I wasn't loving the idea of going from LA to long beach early in the morning.

That hotel receptionist man SUCKED. He was like Arabian, and a mean old bastard.

The next morning, we checked out and Britt and her grandparents came to get Waru, Alicia and I to take us all to the Westin near the LBCC. We found out that we were on the VIP floor (*-*) with this gorgeous room. So we dropped off our shit with the nice bell boys and ran to go wait in the registration line.

That fricken reg. line was SO FRICKEN HUGE. We were actually rather close to the front, but that line ended up wrapping around Canada and back again by the time they opened up the doors. Sadly, once we were close to the front, I realized that I forgot my ID. The lady was really nice though, and my boarding pass from the plane ended up working just as good.

We ran SO FAST to get to the SKIN line that was forming and ended up getting in REALLY close to the front to get tickets. It was exciting. So there we sat for a good 4 hours or so. While we were in line though, we were interviewed by SKIN management for a video they were producing and showing to the band. Oh man it wa intense. After we all made asses of ourselves, we got our tickets and went to wander around aimlessly. The con didn't open that day though, so we kinda didn't do much.

On Friday though- we were in a mad panic rush all damn day. We got all ready early and ended up wearing Tsumi to Batsu, because we had to change into it later as well and we all didn't even care. We got interviewed twice more on Friday, once by Anime Network, and another time by... some random Anime show thing. Once the SKIN line started forming, we decided that we could take our sweet time since we had Premier seats and everything, so by the time we were all changed and ready to go inside the Arena, we went down to the line and were told that we actually had to WAIT IN IT. By this time, the line in total- was probably something towards a mile long. It was insane.

Everyone that had a premier seat was bitching and complaining. Hell, I was too. We paid $50 to see them and get in first, not to wait in a hellishly long line. That was NOT in the rules. Anyway, once the line actually MOVED, it was about... an hour late. We knew that our Jrock photoshoot was NOT happening. Getting into the Arena was weird, security was SO tight. But as soon as we got in, we bolted to our seats, which we found out was 4 rows from the stage itself, and in the dead center. Lets just say I was a little bit excited.

Plus I got to sit right next to the guy that looked identical to Kaoru >D Mmmm. And we were right behind Cutie-face! He was actually a good L cosplayer. =) SKIN messed with us for a good hour, maybe an hour and a half by playing with songs and tricking us that they were coming out. But the Kaoru next to me pointed out that he saw both of the guitars 'floating' behind the curtain and we all knew that the show was starting. Once that curtain fell and Gackt, Sugizo, Miyavi, Yoshiki, and yes Ju-ken were on that stage, Britt started crying, I screamed my face off, and the whole place erupted. They told us we could take pics, so I took like 400, and then the guys told us halfway through that we couldn't have them anymore. Stupid fucks. D< Oh well.

Thoe whole concert was fucking AWESOME. That's all I can really say about it. It was so amazing that I about peed my pants. Yoshiki's water bottle hit Waru and I, but the skanks behind us ended up taking it. And Yoshiki threw 3 drumsticks, and all of them went over my head and directly to the stupid bitches behind us as well, whom of which got all three. Grrr. Gackts water bottle got me soaked, but it wasn't anywhere near me. Sugizo and Yoshiki broke their instruments and threw pieces out to the crow after the last song, but Ju-ken morphed out and Miyavi wasn't dumb enough to hurt his guitar at all. They were all so sexy, I don't even care. Even Yoshiki. People were so stupid though, and were shouting encore afterwords. ONCE THEY BREAK THEIR INSTRUMENTS, IT'S OVER. So we left and sat to just think about how utterly awesome that whole experience was while Britt cried some more. I <3 her. Gackt is her lover, so she was freaking out.

Anyway, we ran up to our room to change into our Tsumi again for the Pop-Shock Masquerade and ran down there. Another interview happened, this one was actually very fun. Soon enough the Pop Shock started and Tadahisa Yoshida played a few songs beforehand. He's real good. There was a Nana who literally looked EXACTLY like her. =O And there was another group of Nana cosplayers, a Yu~ki from Malice Mizer, these two geisha girls, another Kyo who was really nice, an Olivia who was also wonderful and we loved her, and a few other people that I can't think of right now. We were second to last and actually ended up winning for best Group Performance! It was so awesome. After the show, during the judging, a band called Lo:Lita played, and to be honest, they really weren't good at all. But, the bassist, Jesse, was actually great, and really nice! Hope to meet him again.

The Pop Shock Masquerade ended up finally ending at around midnight, so we just head back up to our room and going to sleep.

Saturday was my birthday! =) So I wore my Ruki costume in honor of it, and a lot of people liked it! My hair was RANCID, but that's ok. I didn't have my wig. ._. Only a few people actually knew who I was, but I still love that costume, i'll post pics later. Hahaha. Not too much happened on Saturday really, but we got pizza that night and it OWNED. Mmmm.

Sunday though. Oh man, this was MY DAY. I'm drooling just thinking about it. Alright so. We were wandering the dealers room because we missed our chance to enter Anime Select's costume contest and we were about to leave when I spotted this guy. He was looking at one of the random TVs outside of some anime booth, and I thought to myself- boy does that look like Sugizo! So I stared a bit longer while Britt and Waru walked away, and I was like "Oh shit... THAT IS SUGIZO." So I grabbed Britt and ran after Waru and we chased after him in a walking sort of manner, accedentally lost Waru but found Sugizo signing some girl's SHOXX magazine. She was nice and let us use her pen and Britt and I asked him to sign our con badges and I kept the pen. >D I also got him to give me a hug and about cried. I was so damn happy. So we flocked after Waru and grabbed him to find Sugizo again. It was about right now that I realized that Sugizo's autograph had rubbed off of my plastic cover on my con badge. I'm such an idiot. So we ran through the con and found him again, and Waru went up to ask him for an autograph- in which Sugizo stated that he liked Waru's kimono. We all flew apart. I also asked him to re-sign my SKIN ticket stub, and he happily agreed. He was so nice to us.

Alright... so later that night, we went on the Arena stage to accept our Pop-Shock awards, which they showered us in. o_o I swear, we got so much shit. After that, we were kinda done for Sunday, so I think we went to sleep, not sure. Monday was a really boring day, the con closed at 4 so we just wandered, and I wore my MYV for a change. We took some photoshoots done by the lovely Alicia and just walked around. We decided to go down to Little Korea later though, so we changed our clothes and took an hour long Metro ride down there and ate some MAGNIFICENT Korean food. It kicked my ass. We got back to the hotel room afterwards and packed up, and went to sleep for like 4 hours.

God Tuesday was stressful. We couldn't find a ride to the airport so we called up a shuttle and then found out that our plane was 20 minutes earlier than I thought it was when I called. So we hauled ass to the airport and waited in this insane line- only to find out that there was a 45 minute window in which you have to check your bags before your flight. Well we were like 5 minutes away from that window. So we hauled our asses inside the airport and ruched to the front, and a really nice lady ended up helping us, but she told us that we had to run to the other end and give our bags to the security check people before we went through security, so we RAAAAAAN over there, which was very difficult considering I didn't have wheels on my suitcase. After we chucked our bags at the cops, we RAAAAAAN all the way to the other end of the airport and went through security as fast as we could and morphed to the OTHER fucking end of the airport to board our plane. We were SO close to losing it- we were like the last people to board. But we made it. Thank god.

Unfortunetly, once we got to Colorado, my mother regretted to inform me that my car was broken into and all of my CDs, my stereo, and Waru's keys were stolen from it. She must have left my doors open. I swear to god. None of my windows were broken though- luckily, but I was still so upset. ;_; And then in the parking lot of DIA, my mom lost my car and we sat there for a good hour and a half while she looked for it. I was sooooo angry, I thought i'd turn super saiyan.

All in all though- it was SO worth it. Thank you SKIN, thank you Sugizo, thank you Pop-Shock, thank you FRIENDS. =D

Damn that was long.

Well, kinda. I have a goal now though- FIT INTO IT.

Work pissed me off today 'cause closing shift didn't do SHIT, so us 3 girls were running around like chickens with our heads cut off, trying to do order and helping like 400486734987 customers at the same time, just ugh. It sucked. But I got a slight raise, still getting paid shit money though.

I'm totally ready to just fucking leave this state and chill in lovely Cali. That would make my damn day. And night, and probably summer. And I might actually move out soon. o_o I'm SO sick of living at home, and i'm ready to be out.

I wanna go to Otakon. Totally not sure if i'm going to have enough money for that shit- but WHO KNOWS.

Hmmm... Tried to re-vamp my LJ into something cute, but lookit what happened. But nah he's cool. I'm finally not the new kid at work. But Luis is like... weird. He's a model and he was a backup dancer for Beyonce's 'Upgrade You' video. o____o' WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU WORK AT QUIZNO'S. REALLY. Oh well whatev. Some lady came into work and she said; IN YOUR VOICE- "I don't EVEN care." And didn't stop there. She even added your little "Myeh." At the end. I about peed my pants. It was creepy though, she looked like you too. Like your mom or something. I dunno. Wieeeeeeerd.

I need a new hair color. My friend Chris gave me an old color I bought a long time ago- my hot pink. I was a little sad, considering that I haven't had that color in SO long. I'm tempted to test the Russian communist powers and see if I can like... gradually work my way up to some wierd color and let them like... not care. I live on Monster.

My grades are amazing too. Almost all straight A's. Which means I get paid an ASSLOAD of money once I graduate. I'm glad my dad likes education and rewards for it.

I gotta file a police report on my phone getting stolen though, just so that I can get a damn new one. KSUfgybsauidygsfh. I HATE not being able to talk to anyone. @__@

Some person bought my other Jrev ticket finally, but they're not responding to my emails on ebay and i'm about to punch a hoe. Plus, half the time, our job sucks so much worse than your's- so shove it.

You don't really NEED what you eat there. No matter how much you think so, you really don't. At least the ones i've met. ._.

Yesterday at work, I was told that I could be easily replaced. ;_____;

Regardless- it didn't make me feel too good.

I need a new job. Anyone have any suggestions? -_-;

Sooooo, it's about time that I get a new haircut guys!

My hair's getting way too long. At least for what i'm used to. So i'll probably be getting a new haircut very soon, maybe tonight, if I decide to do it myself.

It'll be something like The Final Kaoru + Obscure Kaoru.

After all, that's what i'll be wearing to the concert. Might as well sport the haircut!

Plus... I can't spike my hair anymore. ;_; It's too heavy.

On a totally different and more random note, I counted my manga yesterday! I have 122 now. >3 I'm so proud.

And I need to finish my stipple for Graphic Design. Maybe i'll post that when i'm done too.

<33333

Yay for me.

Hopefully i'll be able to post often in here, who knows!

And I also hope this god forsaken snow goes away before it ruins my New Year's weekend! ;_;

So this is what it USED to be, like near Christmas time.

And this is what it is now.
